This project consisted of widening Eight Mile Road from 4 to 7 lanes, constructing 2 tie-back walls under the Interstate 5 overcrossing, widening all 4 ramps, and constructing 2 - 250 meter retaining walls along the SB on-ramp and NB off-ramp to allow for their widening.
