The project included widening and extension of local streets, two highway interchanges and one taxiway grade separation, pumping plants, extensive relocation and upgrading of utilities, lighting, signals, wetland impacts, and landscaping. In addition to the design support during construction, coordination with several agencies, including the FAA, was required along with support in obtaining permits.
