This massive project involved the construction of entirely new 20 MGD waste water treatment plant, with combination systems, which include tertiary, bio-filter beds, activated sludge, sludge drying and processing, with additional primary and secondary clarifiers, the largest lift pumps in Northern California, a state of the art digester and lab system.
