The work on this 230 acre site involved extensive utility work, mitigation of contaminated soils including an old city dump, track installation, building construction, and asphalt and concrete work with quantities comparable to an airport facility.  The project also included a diesel fueling system with a 10,000 gallon storage tank, several fueling locations.
