The work involved the construction of several buildings, including the Gate Administration Building, a specialized Automated Gate System (AGS), an Industrial Waste Treatment Plant Building which included a storm water reclamation tank, reclaimed oil storage tank, oil/water separator, several pumps and a monitoring system, and a Maintenance Building, which included a garage and shop area with an extensive exhaust removal system and an office space with large locker room accommodations.
