This project involved a $1 million building remodeling project and parts of a $30 million auto facility expansion, the largest facility of its kind in the country.  The auto facility expansion portion of the contract, the work included building and paving access roads, installing mechanical and electrical lines for work areas and a new compressor, landscaping, and building RIP (Repair in Place) tracks and work pads.
