The project was a high-end residential neighborhood on the ridge in El Dorado Hills with views of the Sacramento Valley and Folsom Lake. The work involved 73 hillside lots, 1.5 miles of new streets, curb, gutter and sidewalk, a central park / promenade, a water well, retaining walls, water, sewer, storm drain (some 30’ deep through solid rock), dry utilities, extensive irrigation and landscaping, ornate entrance gates, and various other work.
