Mr. Casey has more than 21 years of construction inspection experience, in addition to his previous 15 years of being an underground contractor.  He utilizes his extensive knowledge to perform all levels of inspection and administration on a variety of public works and utility projects.  He has worked on projects that range from residential development, roadway and bridge construction, to major utility and fiber optics installation. He has extensive microtunneling, jack and bore, and conventional open trench experience on countless projects. Mr. Casey has proven that he is more than capable of stepping into a project midstream and providing continuity in the inspection and administration process.  He is fully capable of working independently or in a team environment.  He is familiar with the Caltrans Standard Specifications and Plans, having worked independently on a Caltrans oversight project. Mr. Casey also had more than 15 years of experience as a contractor, and he is well aware of the issues that face the industry.  He is adept at reading and interpreting plans and specifications and he is able to effectively work through problematic issues. His vast experience with a variety of construction methods makes him a true asset to the construction process. Equally important is that Mr. Casey is straightforward and effective when communicating with administrators, oversight personnel, contractors and the public. His conscientious and eager attitude, combined with his work ethic and willingness to accept new challenges, make him an excellent inspector for any type of project.
