For the last ten 11 years Mr. Chisley has worked as a Project / Field Engineer on projects ranging from light rail lines to hospitals.  Prior to that time he worked for ten (10) years as an architectural drafter on projects ranging from waste water treatment plants to residential subdivisions.  His broad range of experience makes him extremely knowledgeable about many facets of the construction industry, as well as very adept at reading and interpreting plans and specifications on a variety of projects. Mr. Chisley is well versed in construction inspection, administration and management.  He has worked on dozens of projects where he was also responsible for providing technical engineering support for the work.  His responsibilities included: contract coordination, scheduling, estimating, field inspection and troubleshooting, generating RFI’s, preparing submittals, processing change orders, safety compliance, and ensuring contract compliance with the contract documents.  Mr. Chisley is intelligent and well spoken and is able to affectively participate or chair meetings with many stakeholders.  He is also very familiar with the required interaction and coordination necessary for any large scale project, especially as it relates to oversight or regulatory agencies.  Mr. Chisley takes great pride and ownership in his work, and he proactively looks for ways to improve and facilitate the work by heading off issues before they become problems.  It is this attitude and work ethic that make him a true asset on any project.
