Mr. Dillman has more than 11 years of construction management experience, in addition to his previous 11 years as a supervisor and project manager in power generation plants.  His construction management work on various large scale projects included construction of several miles of heavy rail line and siding, which involved extensive grading and drainage facilities. He is very familiar, and comfortable, with all rail related work and operations.  As the onsite Project Manager and/or Construction Specialist on these large construction projects, Mr. Dillman was responsible for all construction related activities, including: inspection, administration, planning, logistics, correspondence, change orders, daily diaries, progress pay estimates, cost control, scheduling, labor acquisition, contract development, site clean-up, chairing construction related meetings, coordinating with various agencies and entities, supervising subordinates, claims avoidance and mitigation, and various other tasks.  Mr. Dillman is an extremely competent contract administrator and construction manager who is very intelligent and well spoken.  In addition to being an effective and persuasive communicator, he is dependable, driven, hard working and organized with a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and budget, with an outstanding safety record.  His experience with fast-tracked, intense projects has made him especially adept at jumping into a construction project at any time during the process and getting up to speed very quickly.  His confidence and willingness to take ownership of the work make him an invaluable asset on any type of project.
