Mr. Hamilton has more than 31 years of construction inspection and administration experience.  As a public works construction inspector for the City of Sacramento he worked on a variety of public improvement projects, ranging from multi-million dollar subdivision improvements to City Street and utility upgrades, from building construction to park construction. His breadth of knowledge and experience of civil work and public improvements is vast.  Mr. Hamilton not only brings a veteran’s understanding of the work but a positive and productive working attitude that matches.  He is well respected within the industry as a fair and reasonable inspector that not only deals with issues in a cooperative manner, but resolves problems quickly and effectively. Mr. Hamilton is also an excellent communicator, not only with the contractor and his supervisors, but also the public. He is well seasoned in dealing with the public, as most of his past projects required constant contact with concerned citizens.  In addition to providing daily inspection on a variety of projects Mr. Hamilton also performed many of the administrative duties, including drafting correspondence, writing change orders, holding meetings, and coordinating with a variety of different groups and agencies.  Above all else though, it is Mr. Hamilton attitude and common sense approach to dealing with difficult issues that makes him a true asset on any project that he works on.
