As an Office Manager, Ms. Hawthorne has assisted with the day to day functions of SAI since the summer of 1999. She oversees a variety of office tasks including human resources, accounts receivable, payroll, and general office management. She also assists with marketing and recruiting. Ms. Hawthorne is very well organized and able to perform multiple tasks at one time. She has an extremely pleasant and straightforward demeanor, and she is energetic and enthusiastic. She works well with very little supervision and oversight and she is always willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities. All of these qualities make Ms. Hawthorne an invaluable asset to not only the firm, but to the clients with whom she often interacts.
