Mr. O’Nesky has approximately 18 years of experience in the construction industry, his last six (6) years as a public works inspector, as well as a project manager and coordinator on large scale utility projects. His most recent experience as an on-call public works inspector on large scale subdivision improvements and inner-City utility work has given him excellent knowledge of local agency infrastructure construction. He has excellent experience in time sensitive projects, many of which involved environmentally sensitive areas, and is keenly aware of the many rules, regulations and requirements of local, state and federal agencies. He is also very familiar with railroad and utility requirements. Working for private consultants on utility projects he was responsible for providing daily inspection, daily reports, project records, project safety meetings, plan and specification interpretation, progress schedules, assessment of field conditions and field modifications, and coordination with local, state and federal agencies, private entities, and contractors. Mr. O’Nesky is very competent at affectively interacting with a multitude of agencies and entities on any project. He is well versed in standard industry construction practices and is capable of quickly assessing contractor’s operations. His background with fast-moving projects has made him adept at heading off potential issues and quickly resolving problems. He is very proactive, and his goal oriented personality and hard work ethic has made him effective at following through with appropriate solutions. Mr. O’Nesky is an excellent communicator, is well spoken, intelligent and highly motivated. His positive attitude and his willingness to take on new and rewarding challenges will make him a true asset to any construction project.
