MIKE POSEY , P.E.

Resident Engineer / Structures Representative

Mr. Posey has 17 years of construction administration and inspection experience on large infrastructure projects. He has worked at every level on a project, from being a Resident Engineer to providing basic material testing. He has worked on roadway and bridge construction, airport runways, major infrastructure development projects, commercial and office building improvements, and safety projects. Mr. Posey has worked on both new construction and rehabilitation projects. Mr. Posey has managed projects from start to finish or been able to step in mid-project and provide management without loss of project continuity. He is adept at reading and interpreting contract specifications and plans. He is able to work independently or within a team environment as needed and likes to bring the partnering philosophy learned on previous large contracts to each project he is involved in. Mr. Posey’s vast experience enables him to make timely and correct decisions when inevitable plan changes arise. Experience with working under extremely tight construction time limits has given him an appreciation for the need to respond quickly when problems arise. His work ethic, constant desire to expand his knowledge of construction, and insistence on meeting goals makes him an excellent Resident Engineer.
