Mr. Shaw has 41 years of construction inspection and administration experience on a wide range of projects. With more than 20 years experience as a Building Official for the City’s of Stockton , Davis , Belmont , Foster City and San Dimas , he understands the intricacies and issues with building and public works construction. Mr. Shaw is a well-seasoned administrator and is fully capable of writing correspondence, drafting change orders, creating technical reports, preparing budgets, performing all aspects of public relations, conducting meetings, and performing all other administrative duties that may be required on a construction project. He is well versed in reading and interpreting plans and specifications and has performed expert witness testimony. He works well in a team environment and is equally competent when working independently. Mr. Shaw is an excellent communicator and works with a high level of integrity.
