The projects that he has worked on as an inspector have included the construction of highways, dams, bridges, demolition of bridges, landfills, water transmission pipelines, sanitary and storm sewers, water treatment facilities, extensive drainage systems, and railroad work. Mr. Skellenger is a veteran inspector that has an excellent understanding of the construction process and standard industry practice.
