Robert Salaber, P.E.

Executive Board Member – President / Project Manager

Rob has 34 years of diverse construction and project management experience. He is a well-accomplished contract administrator and oversight engineer with an excellent reputation in the industry. Rob is extremely knowledgeable of infrastructure related work and is familiar with local, State and Federal procedures and requirements. He spent seven years with the Caltrans Office of Structure Construction, five years as a Resident Engineer, Project Manager and Vice President with a private construction management firm, and has been the President of SAI since April of 1999.

His vast experience on infrastructure construction projects makes him well qualified to perform all the duties of administrator and manager on projects ranging in size, scope and complexity. Bob is very insightful and proactive, and has excellent communication skills, which make him particularly competent in his field of expertise.

He served as the Deputy Inspector and Special Inspector for the City of Los Angeles where he inspected a variety of civil infrastructure improvements. Brian Ellis
