Project Overview

SAI is currently providing primary Improvement Plan Review services for the City of Rancho Cordova Public Works Department. Improvement plans for commercial and residential development projects were routed to the SAI team, who then reviewed plans for: completeness, formatting, conflicts with existing infrastructure, and compliance with local improvement standards and conditions of approval. SAI manages multiple project reviews simultaneously and provides regular updates to the City during weekly staff meetings.
