Project Overview

SAI provided full construction management services for this Cordova Recreation & Park District project, which demolished three existing pools and constructed two new pools, a 354,000 gallon competition pool with 9 lanes and a one meter diving board, and a 38,000 gallon activity pool with 2 lanes and 4 splash play features. Over 30,000 SF of concrete decking was replaced to comply with ADA requirements, lighting, landscaping, construction of a new 3,604 square-foot building that includes office space, locker rooms, restrooms, showers and the pool mechanical room within the Hagan Community Park.
