Project Overview

The SAI Team is providing full project management and coordination for the application to rezone/remap 285 acres of agricultural land within the center of the burgeoning Idaho Wine Region (Sunnyslope). The work requires extensive interaction, direction, and leadership with a variety of public and private entities. The proposed project includes 31 residential estates on primarily 10-acre lots, three mixed-use commercial properties along State Highway 55 and the Snake River, various greenbelts and parks, several private/communal driveways and public streets, a wastewater treatment facility, wells, utilities, etc. The proposed project is intended to bring a high caliber development and destination location for county residents, wine enthusiasts, and the public at large.
