Project Overview

SAI was selected by the County of Yuba to provide construction inspection services for projects related to private developments and related infrastructure work. The work includes underground utilities, coordinating with Olivehurst Public Utility District (OPUD), mass grading, drainage systems, pavement sections, curb, gutter and sidewalk, American with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramps and compliance, street lighting, landscaping, and other on-site and public right-of-way improvements. Requires partnering with geotechnical engineers, OPUD, and County project management staff to complete projects. • River Oaks North Village 1 = (77 home lots + 1 park), and Village 2 = (98 home lots) • River Oaks East Village 3 = (71 home lots) • River Oaks South Village 1 = (99 home lots + 2 commercial lots), Village 2 = (72 home lots), and Village 3 = (94 home lots) • Orchard 7 = (124 home lots)
