Project Overview

SAI provided full construction management and inspection services for the City of Rancho Cordova on this Federally Funded multi-million streetscape and beautification project. It consisted of widening approximately 1 mile (Phase IV) and 0.5 miles (Phase V) of Folsom Boulevard, constructing curb, gutter and separated sidewalk adjacent to Regional Transit light rail system, constructing new landscaped median with stamped colored concrete, signalized intersection modifications with new ADA compliant ramps and painted signal poles. In addition, the work involved the installation of a storm drain system, AC pavement re-construction, AC overlay, slurry seal, decorative streetlights, fencing, landscaping and irrigation systems, and traffic signage and striping.
