Project Overview

SAI was selected by the City of Stockton to provide full construction management services for this project, which reconstructs nine blocks of Miner Avenue in downtown Stockton, CA. The scope includes a new sanitary sewer system, new storm drains, demolishing and replacing sidewalk, adding medians, adding a roundabout, new traffic signals, irrigation, landscaping, domestic water/fire hydrant work, and signing and striping. The ultimate result will transform Miner Avenue, with two lanes of traffic in each direction, into a streetscape-style environment with wide sidewalks, bike lanes, pedestrian bulb-outs, and one lane of traffic in each direction.
